This week is National Butchers’ Week (6th-12th March) which gives us the perfect opportunity to show our appreciation for our amazing local butcher HW Coldbreath based in Seal.  The skills and knowledge of Robert and his team are second to none and we are grateful for the quality of the meat they offer as the perfect base for our Head Chef Kyle and his team to create such delicious dishes.
